Job Description:

Help out any confused guests who may have questions, as well as inform guests of new experiences and exciting attractions!

 

Location(s):

For this specific job there are several locations to locate yourself:

   - Guest Relations @ Production Central

   - Information Desk @ Cabana Bay

*You may also walk throughout the park, but please DO NOT post yourself within the Wizarding World.

-Always wear your uniform.

-Just because you work for us, does not mean you know when rides open and/or are a builder. If you are caught acting supreme above others, you will be terminated and possibly banned.

-You may not give any tours.

COMMON QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PARK:

Q: When will (insert ride name) open? 

Respond: We do not yet know when (insert ride name) will open. Join our Discord or Twitter for the latest information and updates. 

 

Q: How can I get to (insert the desired destination)?

Respond by giving detailed information and use landmarks.

 

Q: When is Halloween Horror Nights?

Respond: On select nights September through November. You must have a ticket to attend. 

 

Q: What is UniBux?

Respond: UniBux is Universal's currency for in-game purchases such as food, emblems, owls and trails!

 

Q: Are there shows?

Respond: No, but during the holiday season there is "Lights of Wonder".
